Dance Along Lesson, November 2017:
In this lesson I work with Lily to identify the most important muscle groups which are hard at work when dancing. We discuss 5 different muscles, then experiment with different movements which incorporate them. We then apply this new knowledge to the beautiful class work covered in the October lesson. Lily improved so much, I hope you do too!
Practise this lesson 2 or 3 times per week (or more!) A new lesson will be published in December 2017.
