Dance Along Lesson, September 2017:

This month we use the concept of 'key words'.  For each ballet exercise the children performed, we apply a single key word.  The children keep this word forward in their minds throughout the exercise, thus reinforcing the aims and qualities of the particular movement.  The children really improved by focussing on one specific aim at a time.  I'm sure everyone at home will as well!

Practise this lesson 2 or 3 times per week (or more!)  A new lesson will be published in October 2017.
