OUR DANCE TEACHERS
JOSEPHINE WOODBERRY RAD RTS
I established Brunswick School of Dance (BSOD) in 1997. The original mission was to share my passion for dance while offering quality tuition for children. My goal was to find contemporary, nurturing teaching methods to communicate traditional dance techniques. Twenty years later, now with a team of like-minded teachers, this mantra holds true and has come to fruition with ever increasing student successes of which I am immensely proud.
I completed the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Certificate of Ballet Teaching and I am a registered teacher with them. I have over 20 years experience training young dancers, preparing students for examinations at all levels, choreographing competition and performance pieces, devising and producing large scale concerts and co-ordinating learning programs within the school.
My latest innovation is to create an Online Ballet Lessons Program for young dancers living in rural areas or who may not have access to a quality ballet school.
