Brunswick School of Dance Online

I established Brunswick School of Dance (BSOD) in 1997.  The original mission was to share my passion for dance while offering quality tuition for children.  My goal was to find contemporary, nurturing teaching methods to communicate traditional dance techniques.  Twenty years later, now with a team of like-minded teachers, this mantra holds true and has come to fruition with ever increasing student successes of which I am immensely proud.

I completed the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Certificate of Ballet Teaching and I am a registered teacher with them. I have over 20 years experience training young dancers, preparing students for examinations at all levels, choreographing competition and performance pieces, devising and producing large scale concerts and co-ordinating learning programs within the school.

Jacinta joined our teaching faculty in 2007. She has trained in R.A.D ballet at the Victorian Ballet School with Diane Parrington and in 2008 was accepted into the Victorian College of the Arts to study full time (Bachelor of Dance). In 2013 Jacinta completed the 2 year Certificate in Ballet Teaching with the Royal Academy of Dance and is a registered teacher with them.
